Laid, strewn, across the forest floor.
Insects and wildlife sauntering through the giant trees.
Dead needles and soil, clutched in my hands.
An exchange of precious energy as consciousness disappear.
No one will leave this mountain,
All consumed by flame.
Trees, reach for the cosmos.
Burn, under celestial light.
Scorned, as she unleashed her fury.
Orbs, align themselves at night.
Screams, towards planets in conjunction.
Long, for solitude and peace.
Hollow, the sound of her tears.
Void, a consequence of man.
Billowing fire fills the sky
Black smoke and darkness twisted through forests of swaying pine
Left scarred by emptiness
Ashen bodies of coniferous beasts lay dried and deceased. Giants brought to dust.

When it comes to the "atmosphere" in "atmospheric black metal", this release probably succeeds the most in making me feel like i exist within this universe of music. domfabio
The eight tracks on the latest from German black metal band pummel and hiss, working occasional atmospheric moments into the din. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 12, 2022

Not a duff track on it, for some reason some of it reminds me of FOTN! It must be the dusty western influences? I'm looking forward to catching them live later this month dainton
